The DTC Pro is a professional high speed cutting machine made of high quality materials. Dutch Trimming Company (DTC) has developed this machine for you to process large quantities of product in a fast, safe, but above all sustainable way. The most important aspect they had in mind when designing this machine is minimal loss of product.
Because this cutting machine, unlike its competitors, is made in Europe, it has a 220-volt connection, a fast delivery is guaranteed and maintenance is easy to organize (warranty service within 24 hours).
Each machine is easy to move due to its compact dimensions (90 x 60 x 80 cm) and weight (70 kg). The machine is delivered including mobile leaf extractor with a strong motor of 2HP (also 220 volts), a dust bag, a waste bag and an extraction hose of 1 meter.
The drum of the cutting machine
The drum of the DTC Pro is made of high quality stainless steel with aluminum end pieces. With a wall thickness of only 1 mm, a high cutting quality is guaranteed. This drum can be adjusted in height if desired.
Simple operation of the cutting machine
The liquid-tight electro-unit controls both knife and drum and is equipped with relays with jamming protection for optimal protection of the motors and a smooth cutting process.
By means of the adjustment mechanism on both sides of the counter knife, you can always adjust the cutting sharpness. The mechanism is adjusted at the factory so that the cage blade has a self-sharpening effect and only needs to be adjusted after approximately 50 cuts.
Balanced technology of the cutting machine
The specially developed 11-way cage blade is ball-bearing and balanced on both sides of the machine for vibration-free turning. Underneath is a stainless steel collection tray with extraction connection and an easily removable lid. The stainless steel drum is self-cleaning by means of an industrial brush. The brush is also ball bearing and rotates continuously.
Both AEG electric motors are of high quality and are controlled by a unit. This unit is located in a tubular frame coated with high gloss.
High-speed drive of the cutting machine
The product throughput can be controlled with adjustment feet on the feed side of the machine. A double spirit level at the top of the spacious feed hopper can be used to control that feed rate.
For safety, the high-speed drive is behind a window of safety glass. The drive is by means of a V-belt.
The stainless steel drum runs freely in eight bearing rollers and can be easily removed without tools for cleaning. The drum is also driven by a non-slip V-belt.
